With a passion for customer-driven results,
Melinda Goddard has consistently shared her
experience as a speaker on the topic of
customer satisfaction. Such events have
spanned corporate management, sales and
team training meetings. She has made presentations
at the Lubin Graduate School
of Business at Pace University and numerous
management conferences.
